No one knows everything, and that's okay

As Bendyworks’ latest apprentice it’s easy to forget that no one knows everything. My journey as a developer began just 20 months ago, and with a background in French language and photography, it hasn’t always felt like the easiest transition. However, as Stephen indicates in this video, we work in an industry that constantly evolves and changes. One of the greatest things about the pair programming I’ve done during my apprenticeship is seeing first hand just how often developers have to think on their feet, refer to documentation or try something for the first time on their latest project.

Exploring new tools and techniques with someone by your side is one of the many reasons we love pairing at Bendyworks, and it’s been especially reassuring and helpful as I get up to speed as the newest Bendyworker.
